Outside windows and doors need Painting?

Is there anybody out there who is looking for a bit of work painting my window and door frames before the winter comes.
I do not want expensive commercial painting companies - just somebody local who doesn't charge too much! but wants a bit of work.

In these hard times i can't believe there isn't anybody who wants some work and ern some cash for a job that needs doing?
