Anyone know a Janet Dawson?

Hi all, a strange one here - I had an email from a Janet Dawson - telling me she wanted work done on her 1960's end terraced house.
I assumed this was because my husband is a structural engineer (although it sounds like she needs a builder).
I don't know how she got my email and she has not responded to my response, so I am now wondering if it is some sort of phishing scam?
Does anyone know a Janet Dawson locally?

Hi there I googled name Janet Dawson and the name popped up on several scam websites once as head of HR for Carillion offering fake jobs by email, so yes probably a scam linked to attempt at defrauding you in some way.
