Cheering for Olivia

I haven't seen nor heard anything about our local athletic treasure - Olivia Breen - for some while now and wondered if she still competes. But the sports pages in this morning's Telegraph informed me that she has done VERY well in the current competition in London. She's extended her long jump by 32cm and is now challenging for gold.
Good luck Olivia and well done.

Bohunt are reporting on Twitter that she won gold in the long jump. Great news!

Brilliant, a PB as well. Nice pic on the BBC page www.bbc.co.uk/sport/...
Olivia is also doing the 100metres (heats Saturday morning, final Saturday at 8.07 and the 4 x 100 relay on Sunday evening at 9.24.
