can anyone help me with a weird computer? it seems to have a mind of it's own, it goes from one page to another I have a flicking mouse and a lady keeps talking to me!! I need an expert willing to pay

A simple thing to check in the first instance...
Might be a keyboard / key stuck down issue.
Do you have another keyboard you could try plugging in?

Hi Wendy
To stop the lady talking go to bottom left hand side and type into search bar CORTANA turn off all options - she will then keep quiet!
The erratic mouse sounds like stuck key or trackpad. If you have any compressed air give it a blast.
