Rave?
- Stevie Mac (9th Jul 2017 - 07:14:47)

Can anyone else hear the sounds of a rave drifting over Liphook on this Sunday morning??

Re: Rave?
- J (9th Jul 2017 - 07:42:31)

There are 2 sources.

It's been going all night. The loudest music is coming from a large barn in woodland at the top of Milland Lane. There's a 21st birthday party sign and balloons at the junction of the track and the main road.

The loud bass is coming from the opposite direction across Chapel Common towards Rake / St Luke's church.

We can hear allsorts of sounds in the night/early mornings in Liphook. Animals, traffic, gunshot, helicopters and not least partners snoring, so a late night party why not?

Another party tonight at Highfield school grounds. Is that really necessary on a Sunday? It's been going on since lunchtime

- RH (9th Jul 2017 - 21:43:38)

So Sunday night and this noise is still going on. It would seem that there are now a total lack of manners. If I want to the rest of you put up with it>.

- Bopping Along (9th Jul 2017 - 21:55:35)

Good choice of tunes! We live just off Haslemere Road and can hear music clearly - whatever is going on they have taste!! None of the modern junk with poor lyrics etc. 😬 (I'll wait for the firing squad)

Re: Rave?
- Ear ache (9th Jul 2017 - 21:55:43)

Anyone wishing to continue the party should head down to one of the houses on longmoor road (anchor end)..... they've been partying last night and tonight...... this is where stamina resides...... 😡

Re: Rave?
- Steve (9th Jul 2017 - 22:02:58)

Sounds like another one kicking off tonight, not sure on location, can hear it from London Rd, sounds like fun.

Hopefully they don't smash it too long into the night, it is a school night :)

- The Joy (9th Jul 2017 - 22:06:36)

Sounds like carnival night on a Sunday, great

Re: Rave?
- Rachel (10th Jul 2017 - 11:15:51)

This is making me giggle!
I live in Longmoor Rd, but have recently been staying in London!
The continuous all night noise in London is hard to cope with!
Hearing you all complain about the odd bit of music is rather funny!
I am looking forward to coming home to nice quite Liphook soon.
