For the attention of the male driver of the dark grey/silver Range Rover with this registration. Why didn't you finish your mobile phone business in Sainsbury's car park this morning at 11:15 ish, instead of driving onto the Midhurst road doing it? The sooner idiots like you are banned from driving the better. Oh by the way, the left hand indicator on your vehicle wasn't working when you exited the roundabout going south, perhaps you should get it fixed! Or were your hands otherwise busy and you were unable to signal.
