Skate Park Mirage!!

Whilst taking a gentle stroll in the beautiful sunshine this afternoon I passed the Skate Park & to my astonishment saw a TV being watched !!
Yes a TV!!
I had to look twice as I thought the heat & sun may be having an affect on my eyes, some kind of mirage!!
I've know idea what was happening, does anyone know???!

You've got to watch those TVs. You never know what they'll get up to !
