Liphook carnival 2017

Hello anyone it will be carnival night in October and are we going to see new people this year put a float in please
last year was very poor and please keep Liphook carnival going its a good night out and me and my brother timothy have been going for 17 years in the carnival we are the twins of Liphook and back again this year our 18th float coming
come on you lot do a float keep the carnival going please
