Carnival Committee need your help!! - Karen Feeney (12th Oct 2010 - 14:55:56) Hi Every year the Carnival Committee have to deliver road closure notices to every house on all of the roads that close on Carnival night. As you can imagine, as Liphook grows and new houses appear every year, the task gets larger and larger. If you live in a cul-de-sac or road that is affected by the closure, and you feel you could help deliver some notices, can you please call me on 01428 723971. Roads affected: Portsmouth Road plus all roads off between the Square and Station Road Station Road and Newtown Road + all roads off Midhurst Road + all roads off Longmoor Road + all roads off Top of Haslemere Road The Avenue Headley Road London Road Your help would be very gratefully received. Also thanks to Terry and Julia who have also phoned and volunteered their help. Now if I could just find someone to help on the very large Sainsbury's estate my life would be complete (well almost!)......
