man urinating outside co--op

i live opposite the co-op i was cleaning the windows in my bedroom at approx 9 am a man walked from the main door to the little ally at the side of the co-op and then proceeded to urinate i did shout at him but he took no notice just continued not a good example for all the children walking to school what is liphook coming to

Im sure if you had told a member of staff ,they would have taken action. CCTV cameras cover the car parks.

not in car park it was in front of co-op by the fence and gap on right as you look at co-op
