What was happening at Hazel Grove roundabout?

Does anyone know what was going on this evening on the Hazel Grove roundabouts at Hindhead? There must have been at least 20 cars parked all around the roundabouts, loads of people milling around and about 6 police cars with all their lights flashing.

Something to do with a Classic Car Tunnel Run , I believe .
