Dog waste in the avenue

Thanks to the man and women who was on the phone who let the Labrador dog on a blue lead do three large pooh on the grass outside are house you no it's a criminal act not to pick dog waste up
also my kids play on that grass that's why we mow and maintain the grass so if the women with blonde curly hair spent less time on phone and concentrating on what her dog is doing we would not have to write this also the boy who was holding the dog get some pooh bags take it home you want a dog look after it

This does appear to be an increasing problem, not just in The Avenue but right across the village. The other issue that really frustrates me are the number of filled poo bags left around, who exactly do these dog owners think is going to collect the lovely packages, the magic poo fairy!
