Glass vase restoration

Hello
Does anyone know of anyone that can restore a pair of glass vases?
They just need some work on the rims to either grind them smooth to remove some chips or removal of the top half inch or so on each
If anyone can help it will be very much appreciated.

There is a glass blowing studio at Smithfield Kilns near Cranleigh. They may not be able to do it but may know someone who could. (Can certainly recommend their glass if you want something different for a present!)
