Trainee Decorator

We are are a Hampshire/Surrey based prestigious decorating company that is looking to take on and train a hard working young person in all aspects of the trade. We specialise in high end private client projects so you must be very presentable and it is essential that you have your own reliable car. This would be a self employed position but we can offer a very long run of work to the right applicant. In the first instance email only with your full contact details and any relevant experience. We will contact suitable applicants to arrange an informal meeting to discuss the position further.

Simon,
You should be employing this person you are looking for on PAYE. You should not have the benefit of employing for a long term run of work and also say you are going to train them yet keep them on as self employed. Could and should land you in hot water with hmrc.
