Learn where to park!

While walking past Midhurst Road car park, a car driver decided to park in a disabled bay. He was not disabled and did NOT have a blue badge. Once I confronted him he threatened to call the police, he didn't. After a few words between me and him he decided to leave the car park going the wrong way around the one way system, while shouting at me. Learn how to park and learn how to drive!
