There was a very informative TV programme this morning on the BBC.
Amongst other issues regarding legal waste removal, it reiterated that criminality of fly-tipping aside, the legal responsibility remains with the domestic CUSTOMER. So would be wise to confirm waste removal licence validity with the relevant authority.
If it is too cheap to be good, it probably is.
