Paint on Road

What's with all the paint spilt on the Midhurst Road by the new houses near the green?
Two huge spillages that will take years to wear away unless they are cleared up. I notice a trail of paint that extends all the way to Milland. Should the person responsible be made to clear it up?
And just when that part of Liphook is getting a nice facelift with the industrial units being built on the old Ordnance site and the sale of the abandoned shop, both of which were a real eyesore. I'm proud of Liphook and it should be kept at its best.

Hcc are doing something on this road soon going to paint all the road white so you lot can see where you going
