Any Hairdressers with a Room to Rent?

I'm currently a mobile Beauty Therapist & Makeup Artist, but I would really like to have a base now (carrying equipment around is getting a little tiring). I'm looking to find a hairdresser with a room that I could rent out a couple of days a week. If anyone can help me out please email me charley_sitch@hotmail.com. Many thanks
