Frogspawn - Mrs Frog (4th Mar 2017 - 17:56:52) Hi I have a very healthy frog population (no fungus) in my little pond. They seem to have "spring fever" overload, and as such my pond is now brimming with frogspawn. I thought I would ask, on Talkback, if anyone who has an "empty" pond, would like some of mine! 07909986463

It is a great way of transmitting diseases- especially important now with rana virus, frog herpes virus and others causing big problems. Plus there is usually a good reason why a pond does not have a resident population of amphibians....lack of food, lack of suitable habitat around the pond, water quality issues, or the presence of fish!
