Annual Litterpick
- Paul Robinson (2nd Mar 2017 - 12:26:14)
There will be a village litterpick on this Saturday and Sunday 4th / 5th March commencing at 10.00 am in the Midhurst Road Car Park.
Members of the Parish Council, Liphook in Bloom and the Scouts will be assisting. Litterpick sticks and bags will be available but it is recommended that volunteers wear gloves.
If you cannot spare a couple of hours on either of the days perhaps you can do a bit of litter picking close to your home.
This activity has become an annual event and is part of a national campaign. More details are available from news@KeepBritainTidy.org

Re: Annual Litterpick
- Paul Roninson (4th Mar 2017 - 13:13:54)
Very many thanks to all those who helped with the annual litterpick this year.
We now have a very clean village and a huge heap of black bags awaiting collection by East Hants District Council.
In view of the rain and bad weather that is expected tomorrow it has been decided to cancel the second day on Sunday.
Once again very many thanks to all those who found the time to help.
