Drainage/Groundwork Contractor

I am looking for a contractor to connect the drainage system for our house to the foul sewer and also to create a new drop kerb onto the roadway. The contractor will have to be able to demonstrate that they have the required £10m public liability insurance to comply with Hampshire Highways and Thames Water requirements.
Does anyone know of a suitable contractor please?

You could try Robin Bleach local guy family been around for a long time. If he cant not help I am sure he will be able to put you in the right direction.
