Yes - constantly now. Try contacting https://at800.tv/ ...Whether this will work remains to be seen, but they are sending an engineer out (free) so worth a go.

Yes, not much of a signal again for us - I have sent an enquiry to the at800.tv people and hopefully a 4G filter will do the trick.

I also lost signal yesterday for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening. I believe it was due to the weather, very high pressure. I do have 4G filters and today my signal is perfect.

Spoke to at800.tv this morning and an engineer is coming out on Tuesday. They have engineers available most of next week...
If it still doesn't work I'll probably get a Freesat dish installed (or DIY - about £40 from Amazon).

Every morning from abou0730 till 1000hrs lose all channels on freeview TV and settop box been going on about 14 days now Seems everybody gets their mobile phones out and fills the air with chatter no doubt someone will fathom out the problem Think I may get our Parish Council to look into it They are there for a reason so lets make them get onto the appropriate people to find out why the service is so bad

On headley Road we have lost most channels and previously had a strong signal. Is it both Midhurst and Hannington transmitters? Our aerial points to Hannington which is opposite way to most of our neighbours. I wondered if the fog and bad weather was the cause, but the arrival of EE 4 G seemed a bit of a coincidence. Very annoying as have missed some great Christmas programmes.

We're having this problem and ours also points at Hannington.

Hi Carol,
We had our FreeSat installed by Robbie Ireland. He did a good job and his pricing was very reasonable. His business is called Trusignal. The number is 07853 115428.

Hi Im in Liss and over the past week or so Ive been losing all channels as the signal is so week. It happened a month or so ago and I followed the online instructions to turn off my TV and youview box etc, but still didnt improve. I was told by an online engineer it was the high pressure which affects the signal.
Apparently not alot can be done, so I switch off my TV and do something else!!!

you need to contact the 'at800' website, we phoned them on Wednesday and the engineer came and fixed the problem on Friday. he confirmed that we were getting interference from the G4 transmitter. this is a free service, the number is on the website.

- Jonathan (3rd Jan 2017 - 12:52:10)
Well despite everything being ok for the last few days, the chap from at400.tv came and tested our system. His equipment could see a lot of 4G signals, likely boosted by our masthead amplifier. So he fitted a 4G filter in the loft before the booster and said that the 4G signals were now gone, but the TV signals were fine (ever so slightly weaker, but still perfectly good). Whether this will solve issues we saw last week he couldn't say as they were likely atmospheric conditions related, but at least the 4G signal is gone so it might not be as bad! Fingers crossed!

We also had an engineer from at800 today. He said he could only see 4g signals when he tested our signal. He has fitted a new aerial and a filter. So far so good but it's early days.

- Jonathan (25th Mar 2017 - 07:51:49)
A few months on from the at800 visit and our Freeview reception is better but we do still occasionally have some breakup or lose signal on the HD channels.
Does anyone have a rough idea of the cost of getting someone in to come and fit a Freesat dish? I would look at doing it myself, but not sure I can get it high enough up on my own.

Re: TV signal
- Martin (26th Mar 2017 - 09:16:19)
It has been nearly 3 months since the at800 guys visited us and I can say we have had a massive improvement. At no point have we lost all of our chanels since. We have had a couple of instances of the signal breaking up on a couple of channels for a very short period of time but this goes very quickly. All in all it's been a success.

If you are still having problems with your signal, please give me a call on07853 115428.
If you search back you will see I'm highly recommend.
