Liphook in Bloom - Summer planting
- Philip Jordan (2nd Jun 2010 - 09:37:12)

Ever thought of helping bring floral colour to the community for the benefit of all?

This weekend the Liphook in Bloom Team and friends will be planting flower beds both Saturday and Sunday, so now is your chance to come along and enjoy some recreational therapy in the outdoor gym!

If you have just an hour or perhaps a little longer to spare do come and join in. More helpers will mean the task is completed quicker with less remaining for follow up days. All you will need is a trowel and a willingness to help.

We look forward to seeing you after 9.30 am in the Village Square. Believe me, we consider it to be most rewarding, I am sure you will too.

Just wanted to bump this up to the top, so nobody misses the post.

Also would like to add that we do have good fun as well... great people to chat to and have a laugh. We stop for coffee and kit-kats, so it's not all hard work! It's also a great sense of achievement watching the plants grow and bloom and knowing that you've helped to plant the wonderful displays.

Hope to see you there.
