She's been around the area for about 20 years. Once saw her in the garden centre in Rake.

Penelope Keith used to be a regular in Waitrose, Godalming and apparently Johnny Depp, Jude Law and (apparently once), George Clooney have been into Costa in Petersfield. Mark Owen is also often seen in and around Petersfield!
