Shifty looking thieves about...
- Helen (5th May 2010 - 13:07:23)

Local business beware...yesterday on 2 separate occasions we had some very suspicious and shifty looking men in our shop. The first time one chap stole from us and the second time a man tried to get us to give him some cash (via cashback - something we do not offer) claiming he couldn't remember his pin number.
Be vigilant!...
(hopefully with a new Prime Minister Britain will soon be 'unbroken'!)

Helen

Sorry to hear about this - but i think your political jibe is un called for. Britain is not 'BROKEN' and if you think mr cameron will make everything sweet then you are going to be very let down i'm afraid! The conservative party will not commit to keeping policing budgets where they are now. So ask yourself, is this really going to help reduce crime?!

Hi

Not sure if connected, but people should be aware someone broke into the new Liphook Garage in Station Road and took a car and most of their tools.

Sorry to hear you have had a problem, can we have a better description other than shifty? That could mean anything! Height ,age ,hair colour ,eye colour, build, dress, caucasian ?

Mr Lush

I don't want to get off this thread because these shifty people need stopping however I have to say that Helen did not mention anything about Mr Cameron becoming the next Prime Minister, whether that's what she's hoping for or not. Either way this is broken Britain with the amount of scum bags we have ready to take what isn't theirs and things have to change for the better and I, assuming like Helen, can only hope we do see changes after tomorrow.
