LIPHOOK EVENTS
- Mani Rai (24th Apr 2010 - 10:40:43)
There seems to be so many things going on in Liphook and the surrounding area, which we miss out on. Is it possible to have an "Events" list on the Website which people holding events can populate?
May be "Spiderman" (Webmaster) help?
Mani
[editor - Hi Mani - I'm confused, as there is EXACTLY that facility on the site now - have you not seen it ?]

Dear Editor,
My apologese but I have not seen it! Where is it under "Local News"? If not please send hyperlink.
I find the Grayshott site which lists ALL events on the front page an easy guide to what is going on.

Hi Mani
This is quite disturbing - I assume that all our other 'readers' have seen the 'Local Events' list on the home page to the right of the 'Local News' - I can't believe that you have not seen it.
It has been there for many years, and recently it had the ability for people to add there own events directly.
The following news article was posted in February New Feature.
Are you accidently linking to the Talkback page, rather than the home page - www.liphook.co.uk ?

I have now added a link to a new 'full' page events listing on the main left hand menu.
The data that is shown is exactly the same as that shown in the smaller window on the home page of this site.
