Anyone bring painting from Edinburgh this summer? - Mary W (15th Apr 2010 - 10:48:33) I wondered if anyone is driving on holiday in Scotland this summer, end of May onwards, who would bring back an unframed painting for me? I bought it from a local artist in Edinburgh, thinking that my cousin would be driving down in September, but now he has decided not to come. I can get a friend to pass it on for me within reasonable distance from Edinburgh. I would expect to pay for the service and be very grateful.

Re: Anyone bring painting from Edinburgh this summer? - Mary W (15th Apr 2010 - 17:19:06) Bit nervous about damage as at the moment it is hanging in a show and I am worried that it might not be packed securely enough and that they might chuck it about a bit. If I could find a private person driving back I would feel a bit happier about it. There is no hurry, as the artist will hang on to it until a friend comes to pick it up. It was just an idea really, magic things happen through this website!
