the green dragon - karen state (11th Apr 2010 - 15:19:38) it has been mentioned on facebook that the police were in the green dragon last night, this is completely untrue, they were called to the kebab shop after a person who had been drinking in the other pub in the village!

Re: the green dragon - neil (11th Apr 2010 - 16:14:25) I was there and Karen is correct the person ran from the Kebab shop in to the Car park away from the police, the person was not in the Dragon at all.

Re: the green dragon - B (11th Apr 2010 - 16:52:06) There was also trouble at a party outside the village hall, next to the working mans club, there was an ambulance outside it at 11.30 last night. The Green Dragon had a fantastic band and a good, peaceful time was had by all!!

Re: the green dragon - Dave McGrath (12th Apr 2010 - 12:15:12) Hi At the Liphook Social Club we also had a wonderful evening with a 70th Wedding Anniversary party for 2 of our long standing members, well done Dick and Daisy Young what an acheivment. What went on in the Village Hall was nothing to do with the club and we do not condone any events in the Village Hall that lead the ambulance service etc to attend.
