Liphook Clubs/organisations/charity

Hi All
We are launching our first event to introduce the Group and Business members into the Community, at the Producers market on the 13th March. We will be handing out LBI folders, which contain business leaflets/letters of introduction/discount vouchers etc from the group to the community to take home and use immediately or for future reference.
The group are not only concerned with business, but has a wider interest in the community as a whole. Part of that is to help local organisations as much as possible. We would like to offer any club, charity, organisation a chance to put in something about themselves, what they do, what they have achieved, and just as importantly what help they may require. This will be included in the folder FOC.
We have 50 packs at present, so if you can keep it to one page, no larger than A4, would be a great help (or a small leaflet). The final date for providing your letters will be 6th March.

Hi
Had 5 groups take this up - but some are not sure if this offer applied to them - so here is a list of those who may like be included:
Scouts/Guides, Football, cricket - especially youth groups, St Johns, Carnival, Lidba, preservation society, arts & Crafts - and any other thats not listed.
Last date for leaflets is this Saturday.
