I called O2 this afternoon about the lack of reception because it would appear it is just us O2 customers suffering again as other networks are working fine. They were not aware of any fault but have now logged an incedent report and say they will investigate. If you want to call O2 at anytime for an update then the incedent number to quote is 5759987.
Fingers crossed the problem will get sorted quicker than last time!

I ran O2 this afternoon who insist there is no problem in the area. They gave me all the rubbish they did last time, that it could be my sim, my phone, coverage weak in the area etc etc. We need more people to ring them and advise them on the problem so they take notice and take action to resolve the issue.

still with O2 as in contract and cant afford to pay the charge for cancelling. I have been with O2 for a number of years without problems and any minor issues they have always dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. The only major problem I have had was in Sept when Watchdog were involved and now.

Called o2 again this morning, no update and would appear nothing has yet been done yet as they advised that the tech department would look into this on monday but I think the more of us that call in the quicker action will hopefully be taken. Also the sooner you call in it means the more days you can claim back compensation/good will gesture from them if this ends up taking weeks again.
You can call from your landlline on their freephone number 0800 587 4005 and the incedent number to quote is 5759987.
Lets hope this gets sorted soon!

My provider is Tesco which uses the O2 network and have no reception either. I have been onto O2,s website, put in my postcode GU30 7PA (Forest Lane Close Longmoor Road) and they say not to use them for this area.

Had problem with business O2 mobile in Liphook on Friday and over the weekend. Reported via the business landline number today and advised by the agent that they are aware of a problem and will repair ASAP. He couldn't give a definate date as access needs to be sorted (weather etc. etc.).
It does seem to be a different fault to last time ("connection failure/network busy" not "no signal") but lets hope it's repaired quicker. I did mention the previous fault to him and "Watchdog" so who knows.......... not going to hold my breath though!
