Is it your civic duty to clear snow?

as more people are venturing out and the conditions turn ever more icy, there's a case of helping each other get from a to b. The point about clearing a path on your land for visitors such as your milkman is worth thinking about...

i live in manor fields and i have seen people out clearing the road on our estate and i am sending my daughter and her friend out to help.
