Zumba in Liphook - Tracye (31st Jul 2015 - 05:44:32) Zumba is a fun easy way to keep fit. We run 2 classes in Liphook which are both suitable for those who have only just started getting fit and for those who would like to maintain their fitness. You don't have to be experienced, a dancer or have great rhythm just be able to follow my lead. It's for ladies and gents over 16 who would like to burn a few calories the fun easy way. If you are interested the pop along to one of our sessions and we will gladly welcome you to our friendly bunch, its also a great way to meet people. Tuesday at the Millennium Centre at 7.30pm and Thursday at Bohunt School at 6pm. Cost is £4 per person. Don't forget to tell your friends. Look forward to meeting you.

I make many mistakes but it really doesn't matter and everyone I have met has been so friendly. Thank you Tracye (and T) Anne
