GITG 2010 - Ben Lawrance (17th Dec 2009 - 17:03:52) It is with great delight that i can now publicly announce that GITG '10 is set to return to the garden of The Royal Anchor on Saturday 7th August 2010. However, for this to happen i need to know that Liphook is behind me, and that this FREE event i put on is actually appreciated by EVERYONE. For those people who may have been offended by the level of ambient sound from last years event, i apologies for any inconvienience we may have caused to you. We are currently working on reducing our ambient levels to ensure that we do not cause disturbance once again. This year i am looking at giving the GITG brand a make over, and so i am looking for people who would be interested in being involved with designing new artwork. If this is something you are able to help with, please drop me an e-mail to info@gitg.org As you'll appreciate, it's only 7.5 months away, so the organisation starts now. It may sound like a lot of time, but please don't forget, i have a full time job (of which a lot of you know i work very long hours) and i do not gain financially from this (infact, quite the opposite), so if anyone feels they may have any skills they can bring to the table, then i could certainly use some help. So far, i've managed to organise 5 years single handed, but now it's getting to the stage where i need to off load a bit of the work, especially as it appears to grow every year.
