Housing Association address please.
- Lorac (22nd Jul 2015 - 13:46:27)

Does anyone know the address of the housing association responsible for the terraced houses opposite the Millennium Green; they need to know that one of their tenants is still parking a supermarket trolley in the front garden, and this time the trolley is laden with rubbish bags. It does not look well when we get this sort of behaviour, and I must say well done to the other neighbouring residents who have not followed this person`s example. The Housing Association concerned must know that this problem exists and that the particular tenant may well be in breach of the terms of the lease, i.e., tenant required to maintain frontages to a decent standard. Trolleys containing rubbish is, I expect, not within that standard.

Hi, try the housing department at East Hants District Council in Petersfield, they might know of the housing association that you need.

Why can't you just go and knock on this ladies door and talk to her. you have no idea of any problems that she may be going through

If your able to get to sainsburys to shop and take the trolleys home then surely your able to return the trolley or a member of your family could return it. It makes the place look awful and living here is bad enough.

I walk past this road quite often and a lot of their gardens are actually In fact well kept.

perhaps the ones with the rubbish and the trollies in, can enter the Liphook in Bloom best kept front garden section? Obviously not all gardens are badly kept, but they are in a very prominent position in Liphook and give a bad impression to anyone driving or walking through Liphook.

When I lived in a housing association block of flats in the Petersfield area.
I was not allowed to cut the grass or plant flowers in the garden to make the front or back of the block of flats look lovely.
I wasn't even allowed garden furniture on the grass or dog toys.
It had to be kept clear for when the contractors arrived to cut the grass, as the contractors would not move garden furniture or dog toys to one side before cutting. We also never knew when contractors would turn up to cut the grass so area had to be kept clear all the time.
Included with my paying rent I had to pay maintenance to the housing association , who in turn had contractors come out and cut the communal grassed areas.
The grass would be very long by the time the contractors came to cut it once a month if we were lucky. Once a year they cut back bushes if we were lucky.
I was happy to cut the grass in between the contractors doing it. I was told it breached my tenancy agreement and I was not allowed to cut the grass.

I'm not saying this is the case with this block of flats with overgrown grass areas in gardens, but it could be the same for the tenants.

As for the trolley problem that is of the tenants Own making and only they can sort this.
