garage / workshop /storage wanted

Hi all ! hopefully someone here can help im looking for a garage or workshop corner to rent I can store at minimum or ideally work on projects (classic car or a bike )
pleas let me know if there is anything about maybe a garage that is un used or surplus industrial space some where in liphook .

could also if money is not the issue help with maintenance or mechanical work ongoing projects or anything hands on really ! I am a qualified mechanical and hydraulic engineer with a keen interest and skill set in electronics also studying my second degree. This one in mechanical engineering .
maybe help would be more useful to some people with projects or similar in the workspace then money just a thought.
