Chalked marks on house. - Helen (14th Jul 2015 - 11:15:49) I've just noticed a mark made in what looks like chalk on the wall next to my back door. It's an oval shape and on googling this it looks like it might be some kind if system for identifying houses to burgle or steal dogs. I'm going to contact the police to ask their advice but wanted to post this in case anyone else has noticed anything.

Re: Chalked marks on house. - giles (14th Jul 2015 - 13:29:12) Definitely be vigilant. Your worries that it could be a burglar's mark could very well be true. Keep windows and doors secured, and let neighbours know too.
