is any one else haveing a problem with their t mobile phone i have had no reception for about 3 days

I have had very bad reception for about a week now when I'm in my house. I used to get reception all the time at a certain place in my house (but only there), but now I only seem to have No Service or Emergency Only for most of the time in that spot.

It is ok when I'm out and about though, so I'd say I've noticed a difference but not awful unless I'm at home.

Very interested to hear if it's the same for others.

Hello again

To add to what I said previously, I have had hardly any signal when out and about today, in places where I normally have constant signal.

So yes, I am having problems.

The T-Mobile signal in Liphook is terrible I have been wandering round the house going to different windows trying to get a signal all week. I thought Liphook was supposed to be high up. Normally if I want to send a text I have to go up the road and trying to answer a call, you can forget it.

I have contacted t-mobile who say there is plenty of signal perhaps they need to come here and test it out.

have been in touch with t-mobile who say there is a fault on the transmitter they do not know when it will be resolved have offered me a credit of £5.00 for any inconvenience perhaps this is a nother case for watchdog to sort out.

I might try giving them a ring to complain as well then because there is obviously a problem.

How did Watchdog get on the case last time round?

Hello

I phoned t-mobile today, having had a total of about 3 minutes signal all day (I know this because I had 3 messages arrive, but when I tried to reply the signal had gone already).

They have confirmed that there is a problem, something to do with network overcrowding (?!) and maybe due to something being updated in our area, but they can't say when it will be better or whether it will be! I was offered an insulting £2 compensation, after 13 minutes on my landline which probably cost more.

Can anyone recommend another phone provider which has good coverage in Liphook because I think I will change?

Is Virgin anything to do with T mobile??? My son has had no signal on his phone for a week or so now and it's very frustrating!

On my recent visit to Liphook to see my family, i was able to use my mobile in Liphook, but not Haslemere, i use orange.

I hope that you will be able to sort this problem out before too long.

Ooh, fingers crossed that sorts it out.

Many thanks for all the other recommendations. If this isn't sorted in the New Year I will definitely look into changing.

I am on Virgin which uses the T Mobile network. This is the 5th day I have had no reception in Liphook. I also work in Petersfield and have had hardly any signal at all. This has happened before. I have tried to contact Virgin but they have high number of calls so have given up trying to get through. I have emailed them but will expect to wait up to 5 days for a response.

I haven't had any improvement so don't think anything was fixed yesterday. Has anyone else?

I still have no signal at home but there does seem to be good signal at the railway station. I'm still waiting to here from Virgin.

Happy nearly new year!

Has anyone else heard anything from T-mobile about this? I'm beginning to despair now?
