silent garden

I have dubious pleasure of living near to the silent garden development.
Despite the council decision notice requiring dust screens and damping down, neither of these have taken place.
Result: billowing clouds of dust making it impossible to sit outside, leave windows open, dry washing. Cars and windows are filthy.... council notified...
but it's all okay Cove Homes are making a profit

So you should complain vociferously to EHDC. I am sure you are not alone in having to put up with this so get some neighbourly support and protest en masse. Whilst you remain silent (unlike the Garden) nothing will be done.

That's not on, I feel for you
Just a suggestion, but the quickest way to maybe get something done is contact Cove Homes and inform them. At the end of the day, they could get onto their subcontractor project manager in minutes after your call or email and tell them to sort it out
Ask the council and you may have a wait for them to get someone out
