Fully furnished double room to rent in young family home.
400. 00 per month rent upfront includes all bills. Available beginning of July but maybe earlier for the right person. On street parking, double glazing, bus stop within 20m, Londis and co op within 2 minute walk. Grayshott and A3 only 5 minutes away by car.
Shared kitchen and bathroom, living room not shared however this can be reviewed on application for the right person.
We are a friendly sporty young family with a 2 year old, I am 29 and my partner is 22.
Looking for like minded people with some common ground.
£300 deposit payable and rent one month up front.
