Mature Movers - new venue - Karen (9th Jun 2015 - 09:46:41) Mature Movers Exercise Class has moved into the main hall in the Millennium Centre. If you would like to come and give this class a trial and see if it is suitable for you and your needs come along this Wednesday morning or any Wednesday between 9.30 and 10.30 and have a go for the special price this term of £4.50. Mature Movers provides exercise to promote health, increase mobility and independence, improve strength, coordination and balance in a fun, friendly and social environment. Our class has recently celebrated 10 years of mature moving in Liphook, why not come along and join us for the next 10 years, you would be most welcome. Please give me a call or e-mail.

Re: Mature Movers - new venue - Barbara (14th Jun 2015 - 09:12:41) I\'d like to recommend this class, too. Great way to take gentle exercise and keep fit in a relaxed and friendly environment. Plenty of space at the new venue and it would be good to see some new faces.
