Chav Epidemic
- Chardonnay (30th Sep 2004 - 20:23:33)

Is it me or has anyone else noticed that our 'dear' little village is turning into Liphook Regis?
From where I'm standing there seems to be a significant increase in modified cars, Burburry Hats and hooped earings! The 'Chavers' have arrived!
This must stop before it gets out of hand.....any suggestions to please help preserve our village from this invasion?

See www.chavscum.co.uk for explanation of a Chav

I've noticed this too. There cars are amusing. Why would someone spend 500 quid on a nova then spend the next 5 years spending 20k to do it up?

Insurnace I'm told which makes me think, why not spend 15k on a decent car and 5k on the insurance and the original 500 quid on a bracelet, burberry hat and jacket in the sales.

Most of the cars use the portsmouth road as a drag strip ....

Come on coppers where are you early morning late at night ?

The speeding motorbikes are getting worse too.

what can we do ????

...close the road to Bordon and Whitehill and close down the (w)anchor...that would help.

...Chardonnay...like the name...very Chav. I agree that we must keep the Chavs out to preserve sanity and to ensure that the place remains relatively civilized. Those boy racer twats should have their cars confiscated.

Yep, one day they may even learn how to drive them like they stole them and then we will be in trouble.

Bronx - exactly my thoughts. How ironic...;)

As a long term dedicated chav, I feel that all the mushes arent as bad as y'all think. Chavs may be bad to all you posh complainers, but 4 us its a way of life. I'd like to see a bigger chav content on this website.

Why are you all so bothered about it? What did you do when you were young and free and wanted a nice car?

So what if they spend 20K on doing up a car, it is their choice what they do with THEIR money.

Cos it's just plain stupid. If you spend 20k on doing up an old Corsa/Nova to look mildly awful then you could of spent the 20k on a car that has the engine to go with the body kit. So when you get your car up against a real sports car you don't look as stupid as you would sitting in a kitted up pile of poo that goes faster backwards.

i agree with 'S'.

two chav's are in a back of a car.
but whos driving?

the copper!

please no one use a capital C for chav, they do not deseve it, they shouldn't have a name
