Recreation Park Survey

As I am sure you have seen in the newspapers my friend and I are trying to raise community support to have the local play park refurbished.
We have been asked by the parish council to create a survey for the communinity to feedback their wants and needs for the play park.
We would be very grateful if you would download this survey form, fill it in and return to one of the many drop of points (listed on the form). Closing date is the 16th November.

Have these been distributed via the schools & playschools to parents, childmenders etc ?

Bumped to top of list as time is running out to complete the survey and get it back to one of the collection points (listed on the form).
Closing date is 16th November

Hi - these have been distribruted via the JUnior and Infant school book bags on Wednesday. Bohunt are filling them in in tutor groups.
You can also fill them in at the following places:
Sainsburys
Co-Op, Headley Road
Llyods Pharmacy
Parish Council, Haskell Centre
Liphook Village surgery
Newtown Village surgery
Just look out for the white boxes with LIPHOOK PLAY PARK SURVEY on the side.
Please fill them in and ask your children to as well - we really want your thoughts especially if you are 11+yrs!!!

ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT TO FILL IN THE SURVEY!!!
