Patient Participation Group - Liphook Village Surgery

Since 2008 we have been running a Patient Participation Group which meets every other month for 1.5 hours in the evening to talk about services provided by Liphook Village Surgery.
We are looking for a number of new volunteers to help us:
Secretary to the PPG
Deputy Chair
Committee Members
If you are a patient at the surgery and would like to help us deliver excellent service - and can spare a little time discussing improvements and plans for the future - please contact the Practice Manager, Jane May, on 01428 728270 or email her janemay@nhs.net
