Illegal blocking of Byway

Posts have been erected at either ends of the byway adjacent to Chiltley Lane.
These have been put here illegally and not by the Council. It is a public right of way for vehicular access.

My (imperfect) understanding that once the council are notified, they are supposed to remove said obstruction

Posts and caravans appeared by themselves or somebody had placed them there!? who might they be?

Hopefully the 4x4s will be out today and ram them down, then the bikers.

Council are aware. It is a criminal offence which can lead to a prosecution.
