I've always found The Sewing Room in Haslemere really good, at reasonable prices too,if you want to give them a try here is a link to their website.

I would second the Sewing Room in Haslemere.
They recently made the alterations to my wedding dress with only 3 weeks before the date, due to the changing shape of my pregnant body.

www.emmabirney.co.uk is a wedding dress maker and does alterations in haslemere. She is lovely too!
