Baby Massage, Mum and Baby Yoga and Music - Vera (10th Apr 2015 - 17:35:51) Baby Massage Bookings taken now for 22 April in Liphook and 23 April in Grayswood. A course is made up of 5 sessions held on a weekly basis. Baby Massage is suitable for babies from 6 week old up to crawlers. Baby Massage is a great way for your baby to experience positive touch and develop awareness of body and mind. It improves the quality of sleep and aids with constipation, wind and colic. Courses are held regularly. Booking is essential. Mum and Baby Yoga classes Mum and Baby Yoga offers relaxing and rejuvenating sessions for parents and their babies, where your baby is an integral part of the yoga sessions. Mum and Baby Yoga perfectly complements baby massage as it builds on your baby’s physical and develops other developmental milestones. It will aid your baby’s brain development and the sense of co-ordination, balance, sensory and motor skills. In Haslemere 11:00 Muzitots is a music and movement group for the under 5s. Sessions every Wednesday. Start time 9:30 (sessions last 45 minutes) Song and action with soft toys, scarves and everyday household items and recycled items made into musical instruments. We concentrate on developing early writing, reading and communication skills. Carers and parents can arrive at 9:15 for a cuppa and some social time before the start of the session.
