Why are some people so inconsiderate?
- Ear ache (7th Apr 2015 - 19:15:40)

Someone near Huron Drive / Canada Way has been playing their music really loud today and continues to do so. I can hear it in our house even with all of our windows closed. Do they not think of other people? Anyone else getting frustrated?

Sounds like the old problem at Mr Chef's flat on Portsmouth Rd. Loud music at 1am Fri Sat nights with drink and drugs? Plus foul language coming through the walls.
But bang on the door only to be greated by a Neanderthal saying 'bang on the door again and I will punch you on the lips'.
Luckily on this occasion another inbred appeared and calmed the little man down.

So yes I sympathise with anyone having to suffer these 'underbelly' people. Now watch this space while some cleverclogs sticks up for these people saying people who complain about being kept awake by loud music at 1am need to get a life and live a little ;)

You've got your defence early there, good move! I won't stick up for him because I don't know him and loud music at night especially if frequent can be very annoying. Just the following observations from an old cleverclogs.

So, he had a party on a Friday night, like we all did when we were younger, so he is a Neanderthal who you have named on Talkback, who 'may' have had drugs, but mainly he was having a party. And his mate who calmed him down after you (presumably calmly) knocked on his door is a Neanderthal too, for erm, calming him down!

I generally don't think it's a good idea to bang on someone's door in the middle of their party and have a 'stop the noise' type row, unless you're a big chap of course, better to have a positive chat about it the next day and work out parameters that accommodate everyone's needs. If it continues then you've got a problem that you're probably better off going through official channels (again, unless you're a very big chap), but if it's a one off party you need to get a life and live a little!

Good points Tony. But this issue has been sorted and we all sleep in peace. Lady in Huron maybe needs your advice.....
