old fashion hedge making craft

Hi all
Would anyone know if locally there are any old fashion hedge laying courses.
I'm interested in learning how to make my own hedge the old fashion craft way.

Try west dean college or the place at singleton? Forgotten the name but it is an outdoor museum of old houses? weald and downland I think !

I think the Sustainability Centre up at East Meon do Hedge laying courses. I believe they have a website with all the courses they do. Have attended one on Permaculture which was very good and the food was excellent.
