phone calls

we have been getting a lot of calls from this number 02037695529 .but nobody answers when we pick up the phone .has any body else been getting them ,or could shed some light as to where they are coming from

I've had several of these and when I answer it sounds like they are in an office but then immidiately put the phone down! I think its some scammers
