Metal detecting Land

Hi all,
I have just started up metal detecting as a hobby and also to help unwind my stressful blues lol.
I'm wondering if there is anyone who has some land and would grant me permission to detect on it, the added bonus of this is if i find anything valuable you receive a 50% share of the value.
So if there is anyone that could help that would be fantastic.
